Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 30-days of receipt of product(s).

Refunds and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of personal care goods (beauty products), returns are not accepted at this time. If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it. Just Contact Us with your order information and a photo of the damaged product. We will send a replacement once your email is received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations
We do not accept returns, but should you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you may do so. You must submit a request before your order has shipped out. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
